How can Clubhouse solve your content and sitemap problems?

Can you help me with my content and sitemap?

That’s the short answer. We often have people come to us with content and/or sitemap concerns, and they’re looking to us for a solution. These issues can be everything from confusion over messaging hierarchy (how do I prioritize my information?) to menu navigation problems, and we have a lot of experience handling them.

That said, focusing on your content and sitemap before you’re set up on your new platform puts the cart before the horse. In order to provide you the best service, we need to reprioritize.

The goal is to get your site switched.

A lot of content and sitemap problems can be fixed in the process of moving you from your old site to Clubhouse. Much like moving house, when you have to pack up all that content and transition it from one place to another, you quickly learn to chop out the deadweight. A similar process happens with your sitemap: once we do a full audit of your site content, we can identify areas in which your navigation is duplicated or needlessly complex. This can be simplified during the site transition.

Why wait till the new site?

One of the primary reasons membership organizations switch to Clubhouse is because they find their old sites difficult to navigate and use. By contrast, our CMS is designed to be as accessible and user-friendly as possible. It is simply easier for us to adjust and edit content and sitemap issues from the Clubhouse CMS than it is from any other platform, saving you time, money, and effort.

We are happy to provide these consulting services to all our Clubhouse members. If you would like to have us take a look at your site, send us your details and we’ll be in touch!
