Waterford Estates Lodge Launch
We recently had the pleasure of wrapping up a complete site redesign for the folks at Waterford Estates Lodge. With locations in South Bend, Indiana and Lansing, Michigan, they offer fine accommodations and fine dining with room to host banquets and receptions.
The Challenge
Waterford Estates Lodge had several problems that they need to address with a site redesign. Having multiple locations was causing issues with their site-map and structure and without a usable content management system, they had no way to correct the issue, or even handle minor updates. They needed their image online to reflect the quality and taste of their service and locations. It was time for a redesign.
What We Did
We set the folks at Waterford up with a brand-new WordPress site and design. Taking advantage of all the latest tools on offer in WordPress 3.1 we were able to combine both location pages into an integrated template and still leave them in control of the content (including easily editable, drop-down and side-bar menus) for the whole site.
In addition to the website redesign, we helped them sort out their existing site map and content, increasing the navigability of the site and providing clearer direction to the appropriate contact forms and files.

The Result
Waterford Estates Lodge now has a web site that sets the expectation of quality that they would want all of their potential visitors to have. With a cleaner image, attractive photo-galleries, and up-to-date content, the web site has become a valued asset, not a liability.
